• or download the PDF Application Form and Email it to the Fire Department with a cover letter and resume included.

The Planning Department works closely with the Building Department to make sure that new development meets the Official Plan and Zoning requirements.

• OSM Township Entrance Permit - an entrance permit is required for any proposed new driveway, or entrance to a property in OSM Township.
• Peterborough County Roads Entrance Permit - Peterborough County reviews all proposed entrances off of County Roads within OSM Township.
