Superior Tanker Shuttle Accreditation

We originally achieved the Superior Tanker Shuttle Accreditation in 2005, and have been renewing every 5 years to help our residents have reduced insurance premiums similar to those areas that are fire hydrant protected. The next renewal application will be in 2024.
What is Superior Tanker Shuttle Accreditation?
FUS Superior Tanker Shuttle Accreditation
Because OSM Township does not have pressurized fire hydrants, we practice and aim to keep renewing the Fire Underwriters' Survey (FUS) Tanker Shuttle Accreditation to provide our residents with a "fire protected" status for their insurance premiums.
If your insurance company needs to know information about the type of fire protection provided by OSM Township, they will need to know that the Township is Superior Tanker Shuttle Accredited, and may want to know how far your property is from the nearest fire station.
Insurance companies may request a copy of the FUS Accreditation letter and/or certificates to prove your property can be insurance rated as "fire hydrant protected".
