Property Taxes
Revenue from property taxes pay for the services delivered by OSM Township. The Township is also responsible for collecting taxes from OSM Township residents for:
- the County of Peterborough and
- the Province of Ontario
Tax Bills
Tax bills are sent to the owner address on file by way of:
- Regular Mail or
- E-Billing
- or use the PDF to print off and submit to the office
You should receive tax bills:
- Interim Tax Bill - by the First of February
- Final Tax Bill - by the First of July
If you have not received your tax bill please contact our office at 705-295-6852.
NOTE:
Not receiving a tax bill does not mean you do not need to pay your taxes. Nor does it negate the addition of interest on late payments.
