Notice of Special Meeting

TAKE NOTICE THAT Council of the Corporation of the Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan has scheduled a series of Special Meetings to take place electronically via Microsoft Teams on the following dates:

• November 27, 2023 – 8:00 am to 9:30 am
• December 4, 2023 – 8:00 am to 9:30 am

The purpose of the Special Meetings are to allow for Council deliberations of the 2024 Capital and Operating Budgets.

Council will consider adopting the 2024 Operating Budget at its Regular Council Meeting to be held on the 11th day of December, 2023, in the Council Chambers, Municipal Office commencing at 6:00 p.m.

This Notice is being provided in accordance with Section 8 Township’s Procedural By-law 2019-25.
