Notice of Special Council Meetings - Budget Deliberations

TAKE NOTICE THAT Council of the Corporation of the Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan has scheduled a series of Special Meetings to take place on the following dates:

• Monday, November 23, 2026
  Preliminary Budget Meeting/Discussion
  Location: Virtual (Microsoft Teams)
  Time: 8:30 am
• Monday, December 7, 2026
  Preliminary Budget Meeting/Discussion
  Location: OSM Council Chambers
  Time: 4:30 pm
• Monday, December 14, 2026
  Final Budget Presentation
  Location: OSM Council Chambers – Regular Council Meeting
  Time: 6:00 pm

The purpose of the Special Meetings are to allow for Council deliberations of the 2027 Capital and Operating Budgets.

Council will consider adopting the 2027 Operating Budget at its Regular Council Meeting to be held on the 11th day of January, 2027, in the Council Chambers, Municipal Office commencing at 6:00 p.m.

This Notice is being provided in accordance with Section 8 of the Township’s Procedural By-law 2019-25.
