Help Support a Digital Futures Learning Hub at the Otonabee-South Monaghan Public Library
The Otonabee-South Monaghan Public Library has applied for funding through The Commonwell’s Learning Engagement Accelerator Fund (L.E.A.F.) for its Building Digital Futures: Learn, Create, Connect & Grow project.
The proposed Digital Futures Learning Hub would serve all three library branches and provide free, hands-on learning opportunities for children, youth, and families. Programming would include Minecraft Education, LEGO Education, coding, robotics, digital literacy, engineering, and STEAM activities.
The initiative aims to expand access to technology-based learning opportunities within Otonabee-South Monaghan and help local participants develop creativity, confidence, collaboration, and future-ready skills.
Community support is an important part of the Library’s funding application. Residents are encouraged to visit the project page and select “Support this Project” by October 30, 2026.
