On September 28, 2026, the Chief Building Official will present a report to the Otonabee-South Monaghan Council proposing changes to the building permit fee structure.

Construction Notice - Road Resurfacing Work

By Otonabee-South Monaghan - May 22, 2026

The Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan Township and contractor Miller Paving will begin road resurfacing (top-coating) work at the following locations:

Villiers Line

  • Start Date: May 25, 2026
  • Expected Completion: June 8, 2026

Third Line – Between County Road 28 & County Road 2

  • Start Date: June 1, 2026
  • Expected Completion: June 15, 2026

Traffic Impacts

Lane restrictions and minor traffic delays may occur during construction hours.
