Recreation, Parks & Facilities Operator (Full-time)

The Recreation, Parks, and Facilities Operator (Full-time), under the direction of the Manager of Recreation, Parks and Facilities, will perform facility and park maintenance, arena and curling ice operations, equipment operation, event setup and takedown, customer service, and general groundskeeping duties to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained public spaces.

The rate of pay is $23.63 - $28.13 per hour (2026 rate). The position requires a 41 hour work week including some evenings & weekends. See the Job Posting and Job Description for full details and requirements.

Volunteer Opportunities - Wall of Honour Committee Members

The Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan is currently accepting applications from residents interested in serving on the Wall of Honour Selection Committee for the current term of Council.

This Committee plays an important role in evaluating nominations and recommending individuals who have made outstanding contributions to our community.

Qualified applicants are asked to complete the Wall of Honour Selection Committee Application and submit an application outlining qualifications and related experience to the Clerk’s Department by email to deputy_clerk@osmtownship.ca, no later than 4:30 pm on March 31st, 2026
