The primary responsibility of the Director of Finance is to maintain the financial health of the municipality.
Finance is part of the Administration Department. Finance prepares budgets, provides cost analysis, calculates property taxes, administers water and sewer rates, collects revenues to maintain all accounts (payables/receivables) and processes the payroll for the Corporation.
The Finance Department staff includes the Director of Finance, Office Manager/Deputy Treasurer and the Accounting & Tax Clerk.
