The Clerk's Department manages many aspects of business for the Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan including:
- preparing Council agendas and minutes
- carrying out Council direction and initiatives
- administering lottery licences
- municipal elections
- issuing marriage licences
- performing marriage ceremonies
- by-laws
- Freedom of Information requests.
Commissioners of Oaths
The Clerk and CAO are appointed as Commissioner of Oaths. You must provide one original piece of government-issued photo identification (such as a valid driver's licence).
Please contact the municipal office prior to visiting the office for Commissioner services as appointments are required.
