The Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan retained the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) to prepare an asset management plan (AMP) that complies with provincial guidelines for its water, roads, bridges and culverts.
The assets identified by the Township for the purpose of this plan include:
- the Keene Heights Subdivision Drinking Water System;
- the Elgeti and Crystal Springs Subdivisions Drinking Water System;
- roads; and
- bridges and culverts.
