Services

It is important to note that emergency response to:
- water access properties, including islands and
- those properties accessed via private roads, private lanes or private driveways are subject to the limitations as set out in By-Law 2019-47 Appendix B.
Service fees
Unfortunately, from time to time the department has to charge for certain services. These fees are the result of unforeseen circumstances.
The rates and situations pertaining to these circumstances are in the Fire Department Tariff of Fees for Various Services By-Law 2016-49.
