The Keene Farmers Market was created by a group of local farmers who wanted to provide a place for their neighbours in Otonabee-South Monaghan to purchase local foods.
The Keene Farmers Market is open in the Keene Library parking lot from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the Friday of every long weekend, May to October.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the Keene Farmers Market, please complete the Vendor Application Form and return it by email or in person to the Township Office.
If you are interested in providing entertainment at the market, please contact us by email or phone with a brief description of what you do. In the past, entertainment has been anything from musicians to clowns. If you or someone you know has a talent to share, do not hesititate to contact us!
The Keene Farmers Market reserves one booth at each market for a community group. If you have a group that needs fundraising, contact us by email or phone to disucss. Some community groups that have participated in the past are Girls Guides of Canada, the North Shore Women's Institute, OSM Food Cupboard and more.
