The OSM Dog Control Department is a law enforcement agency working under the authority and direction of the OSM Township and charged with the enforcement of the dog control laws set forth in the OSM Bylaws.

2010 Dog Licence Invoices
- 2010 Dog Licence invoices will be mailed out around the middle of December.
- Payment is due prior to March 31, 2010 to avoid penalty fees
2010 Rabies Clinics
There will be two (2) rabies clinics held in the Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan in the month of March. The fee will be $20 per animal plus gst.
The first one will be held on Saturday, March 20th, 2010 - 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.
Keene Fire Station, 21 Third Street, Keene.
The second one will be held on Saturday March 27th, 2010 - 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.
