The Building Services department is responsible for administering the Ontario Building Code Act, Committee of Adjustment and the township's Zoning By-law.
 

Staff can help you by:

• Reviewing building permit applications in accordance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC)
• Issuing building permit
• Providing inspections for all new or renovated buildings
• Processing applications for minor variances to the zoning by-law, consent and variance to the fence by-law

Please note credit cards cannot be accepted for payment of building permits.
